Design

We have a team of expert designers and architects that we work closely with to ensure your vision comes to life smoothly and by the book. Our designers have a wealth of knowledge and expertise from concept beginnings through to the finer details of the design. We work together with our clients to put together a package that can take you right from the early "ideas" stage all the way to relaxing into your new space, whether that be a new house, fully renovated property or perhaps just a now outdoor space to enjoy the sun.

Project Management

Working alongside us, we have a trusted team of experienced sub trades. Years have been spent building these relationships with other trades that share our passion and dedicate themselves to delivering the same high standard finishes that we offer at the same time working efficiently as a large team to meet deadlines.

Advice/Consultation

We would love to meet you! JHC offers free consultations and often free quotes, however, a small one off fee may be charged for the pricing of larger projects. This fee will be deducted if we are awarded the work. So get in touch to discuss any of your upcoming projects. We will offer expert advice and solutions. We look forward to meeting you.

Renovations

Our specialty. We love to transform the old into a modernised space. It gives us great pleasure to help transform an existing layout to provide a more practical and spacious place for our clients. To take a worn building and turn it into an eye catching, fresh and exciting dwelling. Renovations are not always simple and do throw out some challenges, however, all members of the team enjoy these challenges and get satisfaction from problem solving. In these situations working so closely with out design team really pays dividends and allows s to maintain our efficiency.

Communication

Every member of the team at JHC knows the importance of communication, not only with he other team members but with a high emphasis on keeping our clients involved and educated at every stage of the build. We feel this is incredibly important for relationships and that it helps our clients relax with what can be a stressful time for people are embarking on construction projects. New Builds

Although specialising in working with existing structures, we also offer new build services. It can be exciting to start with a blank canvas. Our design team can help transform your ideas into a solid plan. We can work with you to provide the full service from design to moving in and everything in-between, we do more so you can do less, whilst being informed throughout the journey. We are also happy to work with your designer if you have one to deliver a high standard of finish both inside and out
